Download and install the mobile application to your smart phone.

Server Software

Ensure that you have installed the server software on your computer.

Wi-Fi Network

Make sure that both your computer and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

TCP Port Settings

Confirm that the port information entered on both the server software and the mobile application is same.

Antivirus Software

If you still have a connection problem although completing the above steps and you have antivirus software running on your computer, you may need to add the necessary permissions in the antivirus software for the TCP port you opened on the application.
